At Brentview, we recognize that in our daily lives, we impact the world.  We want to intentionally decide to make choices that can express the love of Jesus, through everyday interactions with the global market.  Here are a few of our intentional choices.  If you have more information of other strategic choices that we can make that will further the cause of Jesus, please contact the Global Discipleship Team with more information.

• Coffee – We have partnered with Starbucks Coffee company to intentionally engage in their fair-trade program.  We also are pursuing the possibility of a short term trip to one of their global coffee farms to interact with their farmers and the medical facilities that have been built by Starbucks.  Drink Coffee Intentionally.

 

• T-Shirts – We intentionally designed and purchased promotional t-shirts for our new Global Discipleship programming from www.freeset-tees.com.  They pursue freeing woman from the sex trade in India by giving them training in t-shirt production.  Even our T-shirts were made with a purpose.  These t-shirts can be purchased at $15 with all proceeds going back to Freeset Tees. • Paper Goods – We are making a conscious choice (approximately 90%) to print FSC (www.FSC.org) controlled resources.  We want to make our choice in paper intentional for our planet.
