Welcome to Brentview! If you are thinking about visiting us we would love to give you some information about our church so that your experience will be as helpful as possible. Here are a couple things you can expect if you visit Brentview on a Sunday.
Parking — We reserve some space in our parking lot for visitors. The parking lot is on the north end of the building. (If the lot is full please use our overflow parking across the street next to the TD Bank.)
Sundays at Brentview — As you make your way into the building you can expect to be greeted by someone from our host team. Our host team is there to make sure you feel welcome and they are available to answer any questions you may have. Adult services take place in the main auditorium on the second floor. Your kids are welcome to join you, or you can sign them in at our children’s ministry area on the first floor. Once your kids experience the space that has been designed for them they will know that we are serious about kids at Brentview. All of our children’s ministry leaders have been trained and have received background checks by the Calgary Police Service.
Sunday services — The 9:00 am service has a more liturgical style. There are various readings to participate in and the music is quieter and a bit more traditional. The 11:00 am and 6:30 pm services are similar. There is a worship time that is led by a full band and it is a bit louder. One of our teaching pastors shares a similar message in each of our three services. Our Sunday services are designed to help you take another step forward in your relationship with Jesus.
Dress — Brentview is a church made up of a diverse range of people. Some people show up in jeans; some people show up wearing a suit. Regardless of the clothes you wear, we would love for you to join us and feel welcomed into the family.
