Welcome to Brentview!
At Brentview, we think church should be both fun and sacred. Both energetic and contemplative. Both innovative and ancient. Both accessible and deep. Through creative preaching, engaging music, artful expression, and contemplative liturgy, we create a space for regular people to encounter God. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. Currently we gather at 10:30am. Our worship gatherings last for 1 hr and 15 mins.

LOCATION: We are located on Charleswood Drive, right across the street from London Drugs, and within walking distance of the University of Calgary.
PARKING: We have a parking lot at the church, but it isn’t quite big enough to fit everyone on a Sunday morning. We like to save parking spaces for those of us with mobility issues or small children, so if you are able, park across the street in the London Drugs parking lot on the side towards TD bank, and walk across!
DRESS: We are casual on the whole, but mostly we invite you to dress in a way that feels authentic to you.

The first time anywhere can be an adventure, but don’t worry, we have your back! In the back of each pew you will find a Connection Card with a QR Code that will give you information about how to get plugged into our church family.

We think Sunday mornings should be relaxing and rejuvenating. Right when you walk in, hop over to the Coffee Table to enjoy a warm drink.

What to Expect
What Should I Wear?
We are very casual in general, but that doesn’t quite cover it. We are a diverse community so some of us show up in shorts and a hoodie while others might wear a dress or a tie. Simply put: come as you are.

Do I need to Check in?
We have a check in system in place for our Kids Ministries. We do all that we can to offer a safe, secure, and loving place for kiddos to explore the big questions of life. We think kids are not only the future of the church, they ARE the church with the rest of us!
How Can I help?
Glad you asked! We don’t see Brentview as a place to consume an experience. We are all invited to contribute in some way through our time, our gifts, and our generosity. Want to explore volunteering? Go here. Want to make a donation? Go here.
Do Students Meet on Sundays?
While our Student Ministries do not formally meet on Sundays, we encourage the Students of Brentview to engage with the larger church family. Do You Meet During the Week?
Yep! We sure do! Our foundational midweek groups are called One Groups. They are a great way to meet others in the church and to explore the major themes of the sermons from the previous Sunday. Check out our “Next Steps” page for more details.
